RYAN COX
Lead Pastor | Elder
Prior to entering the ministry full time, Ryan served for four years as a professional Firefighter II/EMT-B for the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Having led Small Groups, a worship team, and preached on several occasions, he officially entered full-time ministry at The Table as the Associate Pastor in January of 2013. In August of 2014, Ryan transitioned from Associate Pastor to his current role, Lead Pastor.
Regarding education, he has received a Certificate of Biblical Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Ministry Leadership with a Preaching Concentration from the Moody Bible Institute.
Ryan and his wife, Katie, have four children.

ANTHONY HALL
Associate Pastor | Elder
Anthony and his family have been a part of The Table since 2017. After several years of leading a small group and serving on the Host Team, in 2022 he also began serving on the Sunday Morning Teaching Team. In 2023, he was hired as the Associate Pastor at The Table. Anthony became an elder at the church in late 2023.
Before being hired full-time at The Table, Anthony worked at Stallings Funeral Home of Pasadena where he helped grieving families plan services and handle affairs for their deceased loved ones. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Wake Forest University.
Anthony and his wife, Tiffany, have three children.

DAVID BROWER
Church Planting Pastor | Elder
David and his family have been a part of The Table since 2012. In that time, he has led the youth group with his wife, Shayna, served on multiple serve teams and led both a family small-group and a men’s small-group. In 2018, David was hired as the Small-Groups Director. In 2022, he was set-in as an Elder.
Before being hired full-time at The Table, David worked at Nationwide Insurance. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications from Liberty University with a minor in Business Marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Theological Studies.
David and his wife, Shayna, have three children.

GEOFF KUHLMANN
Elder
Geoff and his family have been a part of The Table since 2018 when the military relocated them to the Fort Meade area. He has led a family small group and served on the Host Team, while his family has served with The Kids' Table. Geoff joined the elder team at the church in late 2023.
Geoff spent 28 years as a combat engineer in the US Army, living in nine states and two foreign countries. After retiring in the summer 2022, he began working as an analytics manager with a large IT consulting firm. He graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a master’s degree in Operations Research from Georgia Tech.
Geoff and his wife, Carla, have five children.
JEREMY FINN
Elder
Jeremy and his family have been a part of The Table Church since early 2022. Jeremy and his family became involved with the church through the worship team, The Kids' Table and hosting a small group. In late 2024 Jeremy joined the elder team.
Jeremy spent 20 years in the US Army beginning as an armor officer and then spending the majority of his service as an intelligence officer. After retiring, he joined the consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton where he continues to work in various consulting roles. He graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Human/Regional Geography and has a master’s degree in East Asian History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Jeremy and his wife, JiYoung, have one son, Shawn.

DIRECTOR OF FAMILY MINISTRIES
James was born and raised in central Maryland, having lived in Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties. He has worked at The Table since 2024, after attending since 2019, and has served as a small group leader and on the AV team in that time. James graduated from UMBC with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2020, and after a stint at Northrop Grumman, he has since been employed by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, part time since working at the Table. Though an engineer by trade, James has always had a passion for church ministry, and his opportunity to work in the church came earlier than he thought it would! James and his wife, Rebekah, have 3 children.

Chris was born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Chris graduated from Lee University in 2017 with a degree in Worship Ministry Leadership. Chris has been leading worship in various roles for 15 years. Chris joined the staff of The Table in the fall of 2024. Chris is husband to Emily, and father to Kensie who both are the best part of life. Chris' hobbies include church softball, basketball, and cheering for the Orioles and Ravens.

Tara grew up in Detroit, Michigan, and came to Maryland in 1979 through the Army, where she worked in communications. She has served as Administrator at The Table for over nine years, after previously providing IT support for the U.S. Department of the Army. Tara is divorced and grateful to have two grown children and a son-in-law who are also part of The Table community. In her free time, she enjoys taking classes at the community college, helping people with technology, and volunteering with the IRS’ Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program during tax season.

Jeffrey was born in Fairfax, VA. He moved a lot when he was young and went to many schools. He did not graduate high school or college, but learned to get by. He has worked as a dishwasher, stockboy, and has been a crossing guard for the county for 15 years. Jeffrey has been on staff at the Table for 32 years and served as a deacon and an usher in years past. Jeffrey and his wife Linda have been married for 42 years, have 3 adult children and 1 grandchild.

NATHANAEL SHOWALTER
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR
Nathanael was born to a missionary family in Burkina Faso, West Africa and lived there until he graduated high school. He moved to Maryland with his family and completed a degree at the College of William & Mary before entering the workforce and eventually meeting his then-girlfriend, now-wife, who invited him to start attending The Table (then Severn Covenant Church) in 2012. When he’s not managing media production for The Table, he’s working as the COO for a small aerial imaging company, or planning and hosting community events at his home.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND DESIGN LEAD
Abby was born and raised in Western NY (go Bills), and after completing her degree in 2019 at Houghton University, spent 5 years living in New Hampshire. Abby, her husband, and their 2 children relocated to Severn in 2024 and Abby began working at the Table in the spring of 2025. In addition to creating graphics for The Table and raising her toddlers, Abby is a certified art teacher and holds her master’s in teaching visual art.

BRIAN MCCRADY
KIDS MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Brian was born on Andrews Airforce base and grew up in Waldorf, Maryland. He joined the Army as a Medic in 2002 and was medically retired in 2009 after an injury overseas. Brian has served in many roles leading and teaching youth. He spent 8 summers at Goshen Scout Camps in the 90s, led the middle school youth group for 6 years at his previous church, and is a Registered Nurse. Brian has been married to his wife Joy for 20 years and they would love to share their amazing story of how their beautiful daughter Georgia blessed their lives after 17 years of marriage. Brian is passionate about his faith, fishing, and his football team the Washington Commanders.
